Monroe County Hoodie

Regular price $54.00

Who knew that the softest hoodie you'll ever own features Monroe County, West Virginia! You won't regret buying this classic piece of apparel with a convenient pouch pocket and warm hood for chilly mountain evenings.

Secluded in the Allegheny Highlands, Monroe County remained a land unseen for several generations of early Virginia colonists. The first settlers arrived around 1760, beginning a 30-year period of frontier conflict. The formation of Monroe as a separated County, separated from Greenbrier, came in 1799. The new County was named for James Monroe, Virginia's governor at the time.
