Lewisburg, WV Hippie Corner Hoodie

Regular price $56.00

Who knew that the softest hoodie you'll ever own promotes "Hippie Corner" in Lewisburg, West Virginia. The building on the shirt was originally Greenbrier Valley Bank Building, built-in 1897.  Edith's Health Food Store (now a block away) was once located at this corner and coined the term, Hippie Corner.

Lewisburg is named after Andrew Lewis.  In 1751 Lewis, who was a young surveyor, established a camp near the spring behind the present courthouse. This spring has been known as the Lewis Spring since that time. Lewisburg was formally established in 1782 by an act of the Virginia General Assembly.
